The BGIC is the Adventys induction plancha par excellence. It is specially designed for intensive use in the catering sector, its 36x30cm cooking surface allows you to cook your food quickly and precisely. The multiple layers of steel and aluminum allow optimal heat distribution and easy and quick cleaning.

One of the advantages of the induction plancha is the rapid rise in temperature, it can reach 250°C in 3 minutes and maintains the desired temperature constantly. Induction does not generate heat loss, the efficiency of induction technology is 95%, the highest efficiency among all existing cooking methods.

The control panel has a temperature setting from 30 to 250°C in steps of 10°C and storable programming keys.

Cleaning is quick and easy thanks to the drain hole and the grease collection drawer.

Available in 3000 or 3600W.
