Article 1 - Scope

The General Conditions of Sale apply without restriction or reservation to all sales of products appearing on the Site .

Placing an order through the Site implies unreserved acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale by the Customer. ADENTYS reserves the right to modify these General Conditions of Sale at any time. ADEVENTYS therefore invites you to carefully read the General Conditions of Sale with each new order placed. The applicable General Conditions of Sale will be those in force on the day the order is placed.

Article 2 - Your order

The order of the products that you select (hereinafter the "Products") will be carried out according to the process described below.

2.1. Your identification:

You access the contents of your basket, including all the Products. You must then proceed to your identification. As such, you agree to provide ADVENTYS with accurate and reliable information, thus enabling us to perform all of our contractual obligations.

ADVENTYS cannot be held liable in the event that the information you have provided turns out to be false or incomplete. In this context, or in the event of non-payment or any other irregularity in your account, ADVENTYS reserves the right to cancel your order and / or delete your user account. Your identification can be made directly after selecting the Products or through your user account (hereinafter the “Account”). Opening an Account involves entering two identifiers: an email address and choosing a password. Your identifiers are personal to you and must be kept confidential.

You can access the personal data that you have communicated to us on request, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data section of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2.2. Placing your order:

Once the products have been selected and your identification data entered, you then proceed to the selection of your method of payment. A summary of your order is then presented to you, which will include in particular information relating to the Products, prices or delivery terms. You will also be assigned an order number.

2.3. Final confirmation of your order:

Once the order has been validated, the final validation of your order will take place when the bank debit authorization has been given to ADVENTYS. A final confirmation will then be sent to you, including all the elements relating to your order.

Only the final validation of the order commits ADENTYS to the Customer.

Your invoice will be sent to you by email after receipt of your package.

2.4. Product availability:

Items are offered to the Customer within the limits of available stocks. Thus, in the event of unavailability of the Product ordered, ADVENTYS undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible and will reimburse the Product (shipping costs included) within a maximum period of 30 days. In this case, ADVENTYS will cancel and refund your order.

Article 3 - Product prices:

The prices indicated on the Site are indicated "All Taxes Included" (TTC ), and take into account the cost of disposing of waste electrical and electronic equipment (eco-contribution). Unless otherwise indicated, the prices indicated do not include shipping costs.

Article 4 - Payment of your order

Via Payplug by entering your bank details from the Site. All bank details entered are processed securely and are immediately encrypted. This information is only accessible to our pbanking partner, so that he can get in touch with your bank. At no time, ADVENTYS or any other third party, can access your bank details. Your payments are sent to our banking partner on the day of the order.

When confirming your order, we take the imprint of your credit card. It is only debited when your order is shipped or no later than 6 days after your order has been confirmed.

Article 5 - Security of your means of payment

In order to guarantee maximum security during orders, all credit card payments are secured by the system offered by 3D Secure. This system is based on cryptographic techniques thus ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of exchanges. Thus, when entering your bank details (card number, validity date and code), they are automatically encrypted and sent in secure mode to a server.

At the same time, ADVENTYS addresses this same server. , always in secure mode, data specific to your order (merchant number, transaction number, order amount). The system offered by 3D Secure checks the card and requests authorization from your bank using a private banking network. The 3D Secure system sends back the confirmation of payment and sends you back to the Site. The 3D Secure system then takes care of the payment to our banking partner.

Article 6 - Delivery of your order

6.1. General information:

By delivery we mean all the means implemented for the delivery of the Products ordered through the Site.

Deliveries can be made in metropolitan France as well as internationally.

Delivery will be made to the address that the Customer has indicated when placing his ordered.

Delivery will take place as soon as the times indicated on the order confirmation that ADVENTYS will have sent you. Deliveries cannot be made on weekends and public holidays. Delivery times run from the day after payment by credit card, subject to acceptance of the latter.

ADVENTYS undertakes to implement all the means necessary to respect the delivery dates indicated. Also, in the event that ADVENTYS is informed of a late delivery, de last undertakes to notify you as soon as possible. You will then decide whether to maintain or cancel your order in whole or in part.

6.2. Delivery rates:

Deliveries are made by Colissimo directly to your address or to the relay point of your choice.

6.3. Home delivery:

In case of absence on the day of delivery, a calling card will be left in your mailbox, inviting you to come and collect the Product from your office in Post. You will be asked to provide identification. The order will be kept in the relay point for 15 days. After this period, it will be returned to us.

For any pallet delivery:

Once the pallet has been handed over to the carrier, it will be sent to the agency closest to the recipient. Therefore, a delivery appointment is made by the carrier, with the customer, by phone, email and / or sms. Appointments are set from Monday to Friday in a time slot of half a day, or even a day. The carrier delivers the Customer to the door of his home if it is a house or in the hall of the building if it is an apartment. The carrier is not required to make delivery inside the Customer's home, nor upstairs. He also does not have to unpack, assemble or install the products.

6.4. Colissimo relay point:

As soon as the package is taken over, a tracking number will be provided to you in the Product dispatch email. You can follow its progress on the Colissimo site. You will be notified of the arrival of the package at the selected relay point by an e-mail summarizing the information relating to the chosen pick-up point (address, opening hours, etc.) and by SMS.
