Manufacture of a custom-made stove to replace a gas stove in a monastery in the Netherlands. It is equipped with 3 drop-in induction kits (KTI 2 6000W) and a drop-in FriFri fryer. This project is the result of a collaboration with our Dutch partner Horeca Innovatie Groep.
Creation of a custom-made stove in the restaurant Relai D’Ozenay in Burgundy. This 210 x 90 x h90cm project is equipped with an 8,000 watt P2IM 2-zones induction plancha, a 32 000 watt KNL16 multi-zone no-limit induction griddle and an Alto-Shaam warming drawer. Installation carried out by the company CPC Froid.
Manufacture of custom-made furniture on request from our partner installer Ajaccio Froid. This unit of more than 3m long is equipped with 3 integrated inductions with 2 zones each with a remote control panel. It is accessorized with a frifri fryer and a storage shelf.
