The BTWIC is a three-phase wok induction from the Adventys Bioline range. This appliance is intended for wok cooking with an adapted pan (1 wok pan offered with the purchase of this product). Adventys manufactures its own induction coils in wok bowl format that are perfectly adapted to the vitroceramic for a more homogeneous and precise cooking. Thanks to the stainless steel rim, the pan does not rest directly on the glass ceramic, which prevents any risk of breakage in the event of impact. The 7000W power is perfectly distributed and controllable thanks to the integrated touch-sensitive control panel which has a start button and 2 power selection buttons as well as a timer button that allows you to set a timer for up to 99 minutes.
