KTWI is a three-phase wok kit induction. It is available in 4000 or 6000W versions with remote generator. It is equipped with an inductor in wok bowl format, manufactured by Adventys, which allows a perfect distribution and homogeneity of the transmitted heat. Thanks to the stainless steel rim, the pan does not rest directly on the glass ceramic, which prevents any risk of breakage in case of impact. The control panel of the KTWI is remote (1.50m) and is available with capacitive keys and 4-digit display or as a 360° knob version with 4-digit display. Our kits are compatible with the TERA WATT energy optimizer.
